The Stutter Effect.

To anyone who'd bothered to notice, his actions could prove suspicious.
For near a week now, he'd stood at the same spot, a couple blocks away from the coffee shop, eyes darting left and right. Clearly the workings of a perpetrator. Alas no. His were the workings of the hopeful. For he was hoping once more to catch a glimpse of her. He couldn't get that Angel like face out of his mind nor her smile 'God that smile'. She had stopped him to ask for directions

"hello mister, can you tell me how to get to Holly's Place from here?
He froze, for he could not quite find the words, hard as he tried. He started out but couldn't make it passed the first ta-ta-take th- t...and he couldn't go on.

She smiled at him even in her confusion and walked away.

And so he came back to that spot every day waiting to catch a glimpse of her one more time to explain that it wasn't just the beauty of her eyes or the glint in her smile that left him speechless,he couldn't make out the words to tell her what she sought out was just a corner away, he stuttered because he was born that way.
